Ingredients

    1 can pink slamon
    1 egg white slightly beaten
    1/2 cup each, chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper and fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tblsp grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Drain salmon, flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan-fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. Makes 4 to 5 servings

    I usually add cooked rice and or potato to mt salmon rissoles,but i'LL TRY THIS TONIGHT BUT i WILL USE A WHOLE EGG AS i HATE HAVING LEFT OVER EGG YOLKS - 1/1/14
