Introduction

A different kind of tuna dinner. A different kind of tuna dinner.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 cup half and half
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/4 cups shredded swiss
    1 (10 oz) pacakge frozen broccoli
    2 cans tuna
    1 (9-in) pie shell, baked

Directions

In a large bowl, beat eggs, scallions, half and half and garlic until blended. Mix in cheese and broccoli; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Arrange tuna in a layer in pie shell, mounding slightly in center. Spoon egg mixture over tuna.

Bake on bottom rack at 350 degrees until filling is puffed and lightly browned, about 50 min. Let stand 5-10 minutes, then cut into wedges to serve.


This makes 6 servings.
