    4oz Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1 Tbsp crushed garlic
    1 cup stir-fry vegetables
    2 Tbsp Simply Jif creamy peanut butter
    1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp New Mexico chile powder
    2 tsp sesame seeds


Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken and garlic together. Add vegetables and heat through. Mix in peanut butter, soy sauce, and chile. Add water to spread out seasonings and thin sauce. Heat through, adding sesame seeds near end. Serve over rice.
