Ingredients

    1.5 cup of brown rice
    2 cooked chichen breast no skin no bone shereded
    1/4 package frozen mixed vegetables
    4 tbl of ketchup
    2 tbl light soy sauce
    1/4 cup cilatro
    1 onion
    1 tomato

Directions

cook rice acording to instructions on the box
saute garlic, onion and tomato add cilantro add ketchup soy sauce add shered chicken, and cooked veg stir and serve
