Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken breast, cut in strips
    1 green bell pepper in strips
    1 red sweet pepper in strips
    1 onion in strips
    1 zucchini in strips
    4 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp or more chili powder (to taste)
    6 flour tortillas
    Sour cream

Directions

Cut chicken in strips and marinate in olive oil and chili powder
Cut green & red pepper in strips
Cut onion & zucchini in strips
Heat pan to medium with a bit of olive oil
Cook chicken until tender, put aside
Cook all the vegetables for 5 minutes
Put chicken back in and cook until vegatables done
to taste.
Warm up tortillas in microwave
Spread sour cream on tortillas and put chicken mixture on and roll up.
