Ingredients

    6 oz Fresh Green Asparagus Spears
    1 small Onion (about 3oz), roughly chopped
    4-5 cloves of garlic, mashed or grated
    salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oregano to taste
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Grated Parmesan (for topping)
    1 Boca Burger patty

Directions

On a baking sheet make an aluminum pouch for the asparagus bake, put the asparagus (can break it in half if you like!), onion, garlic and herbs (salt, pepper, oregano and red pepper flakes) to taste. Close the pouch and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove the pouch and turn on the broiler. Open the pouch, fold down sides and add the grated Parmesan cheese topping, place under broiler just to brown. While it's browning prepare the Boca Burger according the package, serve hot and enjoy!

    Sounds yummy, but I think I'll skip the boca burger and use this as a side with something else. - 3/15/07
