Introduction

Red potato and Gruyere gratin. Red potato and Gruyere gratin.

Ingredients

    2 lbs Red Potatoes
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    8 oz Gruyere cheese
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp butter

Directions

Boil potatoes al dente. Lightly mash, but not completely. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Separate servings into ring molds/tart pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
