Introduction

Good way to use left-over brat! Good way to use left-over brat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 egg white
    2 tblsp green onion
    1/2 turkey brat, precooked and chopped
    2 tblsp salsa

Directions

Saute precooked, diced brat.
Add onion when brat is heated through.
Add beaten egg white and egg.
Cook to desired firmness.
Sprinkle salsa on top, if desired.
