Ingredients

    1 whole egg (large)
    2 egg whites
    2 T. onion
    2 T. salsa
    dash of salt

Directions

Saute onion. While onion is cooking, whip up egg and egg whites together with a dash of salt. Once onion is slightly translucent, add egg and scramble. Serve hot. Top with salsa.
