Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large onions- quartered
    3 stalks celery- cut into 1-2 inch pieces
    1 cup fresh whole cranberries
    1 large pear, cored and cut in wedges
    1 large cooking apple, cored and cut into wedges
    2 tsp dried thyme
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    2 lb pork tenderloin- cut into 1-2 inch pieces.
    1 cup chicken broth
    6 oz. Brie Cheese, chopped

Directions

Combine onions celery, pear and apple in slow cooker. Sprinkle with thyme and sugar. Place pork on top. Pour broth on top of pork. cover and cook on LOW 7 hours. Sprinkle cheese over pork. Cover and cook on LOW 1 hour. Transfer pork to serving plate. Arrange vegetable and fruit around pork. Serves 6.
