Introduction

These potatoes can be cooked in the oven or on the grill in aluminum foil. Easy to make & tastes great! These potatoes can be cooked in the oven or on the grill in aluminum foil. Easy to make & tastes great!

Ingredients

    3 large raw potatoes
    3 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 cup raw onions sliced
    4 tbsp. Country Crock spread
    1 tbsp. dried dill weed
    2 tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt/pepper

Directions

Cut up raw potatoes into large cubes (skins can remain on or off). Place on piece of aluminum foil with edges folded upward. Slice onion and put on top of potatoes. Add garlic, onion powder, dill weed, and salt/pepper on top. Put the tbsps. of margarine spread over the top in "globs". Seal with a second piece of aluminum foil and place in oven (375 degrees) or on med. heat grill. Cook (without opening) for approx. 40 minutes. Open foil carefully (steam will be hot!), stir potatoes & serve. ENJOY!!
