    # Egg, fresh, 2 large
    # Milk, nonfat, 1.33 cup
    # *Margarine, soft, 6 tsp
    # **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
    # Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
Beat eggs well
Add milk
Add dry mixture
Add melted shortening & flax
Beat until smooth
Stir in berries.

    These were very good! I used Applesauce instead of the margarine and turned out great! Had ff cool whip and fresh strawberries on top! I used belgium waffle maker and only got 4. - 11/11/08
