Introduction
This is my mother-in-law's recipe - you can't hardly mess it up!! This is my mother-in-law's recipe - you can't hardly mess it up!!Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

1 cup banana (about 3 mashed)
1/2 cup butter - melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients alternately with hot water. Pour batter into a greased bread pan. Bake at 325 for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into 16 slices and serve.
