Introduction

Yummy homemade strawberry sorbet recipe I saw in the New York Times a few months ago. This is excellent with any fruit. Just subsitute 16 oz. of other frozen fruit for the strawberries (i.e. raspberries, blueberries, etc.) I put this in as 4 servings, but it could easily be more as it makes quite a bit. This is more Sherbert than Sorbet...it has yogurt, which is a milk product. Being Vegan, I am constantly on the lookout for foods, desserts, etc., that I can eat. This one does not fit the bill. Disappointing. Perhaps with soy...hmmm... - 7/21/12
