Introduction

Tastes like potato soup, but has more flavor. Tastes like potato soup, but has more flavor.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large baking potatoes
    1/2 head of cauliflower
    1 broccoli stalk
    3 stalks of celery
    black ground pepper
    salt
    shredded cheese
    non fat milk
    1 medium onion
    4 tbsps of butter spread

Directions

Boil all ingredients except shredded cheese, bacon, milk, and butter. When the veges are about 75% done add the milk and butter. and continue to cook until veges are soft. Prepared in four servings each serving gets 1 1/2 peices of bacon and 1/8 cup of shredded cheese. Wonderful!!
