Ingredients

3/4 c. Soy Flour
1/4 c. Oat Flour
1/4 c. Almond Flour (Almond Meal)
1/2 c. Vegan Shortening
1-2 T. water (or more if necessary)
Directions
1. Mix together all the flours.
2. Cut shortening into flour with pastry hook or two knives until it forms little balls.
3. Add water 1 T. at a time until dough holds together.
4. Refrigerate covered until chilled for at least an hour.
5. Use pie crust as normal.
