Ingredients

    5 boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen or thawed
    3 cans stewed or crushed tomatoes
    4 cans black beans
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 chili seasoning packets or your own version of chili seasoning
    1 T. cumin
    3 bay leaves

Directions

combine all ingredients in crockpot, place thawed or frozen chicken on top. Cook on high 5-6 hours, then take chicken out and cut up and return to crockpot.
