Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

Pasta of any kinda (preferably whole wheat)
1 Can of Healthy Request Cambell's Cream of Mushroom soup
    Mushrooms diced
    1/2 cup of 1 or 2% milk
2-3 cans or pouches of tuna in water
    Parm/Mozz Cheese (optional)

Directions

Boil a half pound of noodles, al dente.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
While noodles boil, chop mushrooms. I suggest chopping small and adding as many as you like according to taste.
When noodles are finished, put into a medium size casserole dish.
Stir in soup, milk, and mushrooms. If you are adding cheese, do so in this step.
Baked for about 20-25 minutes.
I topped with grated parmesean cheese.
Serves 4 comfortably with a side salad.
