Introduction

These are a really tasty energizing breakfast! These are a really tasty energizing breakfast!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    3 oz / 85 g (5 small round slices) canadian bacon
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    3 Tbsp fresh chunky salsa or pico de gallo
    1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
    4 small flour tortillas
    4 Tbsp light sour cream

Directions

Cook the canadian bacon with small amount of cooking spray and brown sugar until well done and slightly crispy. Add eggs. Cook until done. Add cheese and salsa and cook just till warm.

Warm the tortillas on the stove and fill burritos with the eggs. Add additional salsa and sour cream to taste. Serve and enjoy!
