Home made version of chicken, spinach white pizza. Home made version of chicken, spinach white pizza.

    1 garlic bulb
    drizzle of olive oil
    1 chicken breast (cooked and chopped fine)
    1 refridgerated pizza dough
    1 jar of alfredo sauce
    1 cup of fresh spinach (chopped)
    1/2 cup of grated mozarella cheese


Cut top of garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Unroll pizza dough and spread on cookie sheet, and make a lip on all sides, add to oven and bake for 5 minutes, till no longer doughy. Remove garlic and dough from oven and cool slightly. Chop chicken breast, and spinach into small pieces, unwrap garlic bulb and squeeze from bottom of bulb to dislodge cloves, rough chop cloves and add to chicken mixture. Spread alfredo sauce, evenly, on partially baked dough, sprinkle chicken mixture on, sprinkle cheese on and bake for 15 minutes, until edges are brown, and cheese is melted. Makes eight servings. This recepie can be "bulked up" with Artichokes, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and olives for very little added calories.
