Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 2.25 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp
    Imperial Margerine, 2/3 cup
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 cup
    Eggs, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with Non stick cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients together, adding eggs, vanilla and bananas last. Drop 1 tbsp of batter on greased cookie sheet. Place on middle oven rack. Cook for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Makes 44 cookies.
