Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef (could use turkey)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 pkg lasagna dinner mix (such as hamburger helper)
    5 cups water
    1 can diced tomatoes undrained
    1 can whole kernal corn undrained
    2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1-2 small zucchini chopped

Directions

In large sauce pan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink - drain.
Add contents of the lasagna seasoning packet, water, tomatoes, corn and parmesan cheese and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add lasagna noodles (from the mix) and zucchini. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serve immediately
