Ingredients

    2 ripe avocados (not too soft but not hard)
    1 roma tomato
    1 medium sweet onion (Texas 1015 or vidalia is best)
    1 T garlic powder
    1 t salt (or to taste)
    Small amount of lemon juice
    Serrano pepper to taste

Directions

Cut the tomato, avocados and onion into chunks. Mix with garlic powder and salt. Squeeze half of a small lemon over the top. Add pepper to taste (not included in nutrition information).

Serve with chips. Makes 4 good size servings, or 2 dinner size servings.
