This is a great quick and easy casserole! This is a great quick and easy casserole!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bag simply potatoes, shredded style
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
    1 cup french fried onions (divided)
    4 cups diced ham

Directions

Mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream and milk. Add HALF of the shredded cheese and HALFof the fried onions. Mix until combined. Add potatoes and ham and mix well. Spoon into 9x13" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Add remaining cheese and onions to the top and bake for 5 minutes more!
