Ingredients

    2 lbs. Moose Meat
    1 - 28 oz can Tomatoes
    28 oz tap water
    3 lg mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 yams, sliced (approx. .5 cup)
    2 tsp garlic (fresh minced, packed in oil)
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp thyme
    1/8 tsp rosemary

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 deg. F. Add all ingredients to a large baking dish. Bake for approximately 90 minutes. Serve with mixed vegetables and rice. Serves 10.
