Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Ounces Whole wheat spaghetti


    1 small clove of garlic


    1/2 half small tomato-large chopped


    4-5 cooked asparagus spears-Large-large chopped.


    1 tablespoon of olive oil


    1tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese


    1 cup fresh spinach


    2 tablespoons fresh basil

Directions

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Do not drain

2. Heat olive oil in skillet and add garlic and the cooked asparagus. Cook a couple of minutes.

3. Add the cooked spaghetti, stiring so it does not stick. If needed you can add a little of the spaghetti water to help with sticking.

4. Add the spinach and tomatoes. Stir until spinach is wilted. Remove from hear.

5. Top with fresh basil and the parmesan cheese.

    This recipe was very good but i think that the fat content of 16 grams is a mistake. I used the multi grain spaghetti which worked well with this recipe. I would recommend it. - 3/13/13
