Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, 6 breast, deboned,deskin ned, cooked
    Red Grapes, 2 cup, halved
    Apples, fresh, 2 cup, diced
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    *Pineapple, canned, 2 cup, crushed
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Cashew Nuts, 1/2 cup (add just before serving)
    Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup
    Coleslaw Dressing, 1/2cup
    Serve on Croisants or Rolls

Directions

Drain the pineapple & pour the juice over the cut-up apples, soak for 15 minutes, then drain. Combine all ingredients (except cashews, add just before serving) and chill. Serve on large Croisants (24 sandwiches).
