Ingredients

    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Bisquick (mix only), 0.75 cup
    Pizza Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Olives, diced, 2 T. (optional)
    Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup, shredded

Directions

Heat oven to 425. Oil spray a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle Mushrooms, 2/3 cup onion, and 1/3 cup Parmesan in pie plate
In bowl with wire whisk or hand beater, beat milk, eggs, and Bisuick mix 1 minute until smooth (or use blender 15 secsons on high speed). Pour over vegetable mixture.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over top. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until cheese is light brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
