    1 cup of pasta, cooked, you can use whole wheat, or tortellini's, spirals, whatever you choose!
    1 cup of tomatoes, sliced, or cherry tomatoes to make it easier.
    1 pepper, red, yellow or green, your choice!
    1/3 cup of raw onion, i use purple/red onion.
    3 cups of clean lettuce.

    1 tsp of sugar
    1 clove of fresh garlic
    1 tsp of oregano
    2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup of vinegar, personal preference, i like white wine vinegar.

    You can also add parmesan, black olives, crumbled feta!


Very easy to make!
Wash lettuce, and dry, put in bowl.
Wash and cut peppers, add to bowl.
Cook Pasta and drain, rinse with cool water, and add to salad bowl.
Add fresh tomatoes, and raw onion.

in a small container, mix 1tsp of sugar, 1 clove of garlic, oregano (use as much as you like to taste), 2 tsp of evoo, 1/3 cup of vinegar, and mix.

I like to add my dressing to my salad just before eating it, but i also like to make my dressing ahead of time so it's there when i need it! it's very fresh and also great with feta cheese, parmesan, black olives.
