Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Mix together:

    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter

    Pour into 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray. In another bowl, mix together:

    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1 3/4 c. hot water

    Pour over the batter in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. to an hour. Cool slightly. Makes 9 servings.
