Ingredients

    2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp paprika
    1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 lb. perch or fish fillets of choice
    1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika and basil. Brush fish fillets with butter, then dip in crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 4 servings.

    Very Good
    I will delete the paprika and use less basil next time but very good otherwise. I don't understand how others prefer tilapia to perch as it is my least favorite other than swai. - 3/22/13
