    smart balance buttery spread

Directions

Makes 3 servings
Shred the 2 potatos. turn burner on to med-high and put pan on burner. Place smart balance into skillet. When melted add garlic and cook till lightly browned. Add in shredded potatos. Cook until browned and crispy.
