    Red Potato 1.75 lb
    2 Red Bell Pepper (Large)
    2 Yellow Bell Pepper (Large)
    Bok Choi 1 cup
    Onion (green or white) 1 cup
    Zucchini 1 cup sliced (yellow, green)
    Minced Garlic 2 TBS (or to taste)
    Butter (or substitute) 1.5 TBS

Directions

Add all ingredients in a wok and cook to prefered texture.
