Ingredients

1.75 cup Flour, white
1 tsp Baking Soda
.5 tsp Salt
.5 cup Peanut Butter
.5 cup unsalted Butter
.5 cup Granulated Sugar
.5 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 large Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
24 Hershey Kisses
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.
-Add egg and vanilla to creamed mixture.
-In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
-Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and blend thoroughly.
-Scoop and roll dough into balls and roll them in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
-Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. Remove sheet from oven and place kiss on top, pressing firmly so cookie cracks around edges.
-Return cookies to oven and bake about 4 minutes longet until they are golden brown.
