A yummy seafood lovers dish! A yummy seafood lovers dish!

Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    6 cloves garlic minced
    1 c white wine
    1 jar banana pepper rings w/ juice (I like hot but you can use mild as well)
    1lb raw shrimp
    1 lb squid (calamari) raw
    5 lbs live mussels or clams
    juice from 1/4 lemon


Tips

you can use mussels or clams depending on their availability.


Directions

sautee garlic till translucent in olive oil.
add wine & jar of banana peppers
sqeeze in lemon juice
add shrimp & squid cover
cook 10 min
add mussels or clams
cover & stem about 15 min until mussels open
serve and enjoy
serves 10

    the recipe calls for 5 lbs mussels or clams you can use either
