    1/2 cup brown sugar(1/2 taza azucar morena)
    1/2 cup orange mermalade(1/2 taza mermelada china)
    1 cup orange juice(1 taza jugo china)
    1/4 cup Cointreau(1/4 taza Cointreau)
    3 ripe bananas, sliced(3 guineos maduros en ruedas)
    12 strawberry(12 fresas)


1) On a fry pan, cook sugar, mermalade and orange juice. Leave it boil for 2 minutes.(En una sarten, cocine el azucar, la mermelada y el jugo.Deje hervir por 2 minutos)
2) Add and mix the fruits and sautee in this sauce just to taste but not to soften.(agregue y mezcle las frutas.Sofria en esta salsa para que tomen el sabor pero no para ablandarse.)
3) Pour the Cointeau and let it cook for another minute.(Rocie el Cointreau y deje cocinar por un minuto mas.)
4) Serve with vanilla icecream.Make 12 portions.(Sirva con helado de vainilla.Rinde 12 porciones.)
