Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 T flax seed
    1 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1/2 cup milk
    1 T lemon juice
    1/3 cup poppy seeds
    1 tsp lemon zest

Directions

Stir together dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients thoroughly.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Fill 12 large muffin cups with batter.
Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
