Ingredients

    1 pound of skinless chicken breasts
    1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes
    1 (14.5 oz) can of tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp of Cooking Sherry (or less if you
    want)
    1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp of Dried Parsley

Directions

1) Mix the canned tomatoes and sauce
together with the herbs.
2) Add the chicken breasts in and cook on a
medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
3) Enjoy

    Incredible!
    It was amazing. The sauce added just the right, healthy, amount of spice to the chicken. Then the couscous gave both color and a more bland kick to the main course. Marvelous! - 4/7/09
