Ingredients

1 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Egg Whites
    3/4 cup Skim Milk
    3 tsp packed Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Best Choice Natural Applesauce (w/vitC added)
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

First separate the yolk from the egg white. Slightly beat egg whites. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until moistened (do not overmix).

Heat pan or griddle to 375 degrees and coat with desired cooking spray or oil.

For each pancake pour about a 1/4 cup batter into pan or griddle. Cook pancake until it is puffy and starts to dry around the edges. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
