Ingredients
-
-5 eggs
-1 cup light cream
-6 turkey sausage links, cooked, cut
-5 slices turkey bacon, crumbled
-1 cup mushrooms, diced
-1 stalk green onion, diced
-salt to taste (I used seasoning salt)
-pepper to taste
-garlic powder to taste
-3/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
-cooking spray
Directions
*Precook the sausage and bacon*
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray pie dish with cooking spray.
Combine eggs and cream in a bowl, mix well. Add in spices.
Add in all other ingredients, except the cheese, and mix till meat and veggies are coated in the egg mixture.
Pour the mix into the coated pie dish and distribute the contents evenly in the dish for ingredients to be evenly divided. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, depending on your oven.*

*I usually have mine in for 55 minutes, i have an electrical stove, so adjust to your oven!
