To make it super quick use a bag of frozen low-fat buttered corn, a bag of seasoned home fries or hashbrowns and seasoned ground turkey for a fast meal. Ingredients

    16 oz. ground turkey
    10 oz. Diced potatoes or hash browns
    16 oz. frozen sweet corn kernels
    3 tbsp. lite butter or butter flavored cooking spray
    Seasonings to taste (try Ms. Dash, chili powder or just salt and pepper), 1 serving

    Additional vegetables of choices if desired

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray and scrambled ground turkey until browned.

In separate skillet cook potatoes on medium heat. After 8 to 10 minutes add lite butter or butter flavored cooking spray and frozen corn kernels. Cook for an additional 10 to 14 minutes. Add seasonings and mix well. Add ground turkey to potatoes and corn and serve warm.
