Ingredients

3 pounds Ground Beef, Pork and Veal
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup Fiber One Cereal, crushed
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Liquid Egg Whites
1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 14.5 oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, with Basil Garlic & Oregano, NO SALT ADDED
Directions
Mix meat, onion, cereal, soup mix, and egg whites together.
Spray (2) loaf pans with cooking spray. Evenly divide mixture in half and place this half into a pan. Then, place the remaining mixture half into the other pan.
In separate bowl, mix tomato sauce with diced tomatoes. Top the meatloaf with this mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes about 14 servings (7 slices from each pan)
