Ingredients

1.5cup rice noodles soaked in hotwater till soft
1.5cup fresh chopped cabbage
1 cup minced chicken
3tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onions,sliced
2 clove garlic,sliced
lime juice from 2 limes
3tsp red pepper flakes (depends on how spicy u want it to be)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil/corn oil
some fresh coriander & spring onions for garnishing
Directions
makes 2 servings
1) heat oil in wok
2) saute onion & garlic till slightly brown
3) add pepper flakes and stir
4) add minced chicken and let cook.If it is too dry, add some water
5)when chicken turn white completely,add lime juice & worcestershire sauce and stir to mix well
6) add cabbage n cook till soft
7) then add soaked n tendered rice noodles
8) add salt & pepper to taste
9) stir well so that the rice noodles is no longer white
10) serve on a plate and garnish with fresh chopped coriander & spring onion and some fresh red chilli
