Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    2 ounces of Chicken Breast
    0.1 cup of Ragu Sauce
    1 tbsp of Green peppers
    1 tbsp of red peppers
    1tbsp of yellow peppers
    1 tbsp of mushrooms (canned)
    1 oz of mozzarella cheese - part skim
    1tbsp of onions

Directions

Place ingredients on a whole wheat pita. Place in oven at 375 for approximately 15 minutes (or until desired crispyness).

As this is a low calorie meal, you can also take the ingredients and split them between 2 pitas.
