Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving
Cream Cheese, 8 oz
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, .5 cup
*Eggland's Best Large Egg, 2 serving
Banana, fresh, 1.5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
Baking Soda, .5 tsp
Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Blueberries, fresh, 50 berries

Directions
1. cream the butter and cream cheese together. Gradually add the white sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, pecans brown sugar and cinnamon. Add flour, baking powder, and soda: mix until batter is just moist. Flour blueberries so they don't sink to the bottom of the bread. Fold in blueberries carefully so not to smash the berries.
2. Divide 1/2 batter into two greased and flouerd 8x4 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle granola on top of batter before baking.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 mins. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
serving size is about one finger width, cuts 3/4 inch.
