Yummy apricot and blueberry pancake syrup! Yummy apricot and blueberry pancake syrup!
Number of Servings: 40


    1 cup blueberries
    10 dates
    6 apricots
    2-3 cups water
    2 Tbsp corn starch
    2 cups blueberries


In a sauce pan, heat up blueberries, dates, apricots, and water. Pour into Vitamix and add corn starch. Blend well. Return to sauce pan and add 2 cups blueberries. Reheat and then serve.
