Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/3 cup honey
    4 Salmon fillets

Directions

Pour vinegar into large bowl and microwave for 4 minutes on high. Whisk in honey and microwave again for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Coat salmon with BBQ Rub and cook over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until flaky. When done, brush on vinegar honey mixture and serve.

    Very Good
    My whole family liked this dish which is amazing. It was so quick that I could easily make this even on nights we go to the gym after work for which it is always hard to find quick but healthy meals. - 5/30/09
