Introduction
Easy and an amazing desert for the guests in a party.Chocolate cake at the bottom and the melted chocolate at the top. It was amazing when I took the first bite of this!

Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

100 gms. cooking chocolate
4 egg yolks
6 tbsps. sugar
3 tbsps. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
4 egg whites
200 ml. fresg cream lightly beaten (like custard)
4-5 slices chocolate cake cut 1" cubes grated chocolate
Directions
*Melt the chocolate in a bowl, by keeping over a pan of hot water. (Double Boiler)
*Fold into orange juice, melted chocolate and vanilla essence.
Whisk egg whites till it is stiff.
Add in 3 tbsps. sugar, and whisk again till it turns glossy, and looks like fresh cream.
*Fold in cream, and egg whites.
Lastly fold in cakes cubes.
Pile in large serving bowl or individual bowls.
Before serving sprinkle grated chocolate.
Chill and serve!
NOTE : Always take chilled eggs or else the yoke will break. Even if one drop of yoke goes into the egg white then the egg white will become stiff and frothy.
