Introduction

I've been filling them w/roast turkey or cooked tuna steak w/a pinch of cumin, whatever we have left over. Anything would be good for the filling, I think I'll try cooked shrimp next time. Ingredients

    2 oz cooked shredded chicken breast per serving
    1 corn tortilla
    1 Tb sour cream
    .6 oz queso fresca
    3 Tb green salsa

Directions

Nuke tortillas to soften. Fill w/chicken and roll. Place in greased baking dish seam side down. Top w/salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Bake till heated through.
