Ingredients

1 canned corn
1 canned black beans
1 canned pinto beans
1 canned stewed tomatoes or Rotel
1 lb ground turkey (or ground beef)
1 packet Taco seasoning
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped bell pepper
2 tsp ranch dressing mix
1.5 cups of water (for broth)
1 tbsp sour cream
1 oz tortilla chips
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions
This recipe makes about 6-8 1 cup servings.
1. Heat the skillet to medium and put in thawed meat. Add chopped bell pepper and onion. Drain grease from meat (if any). Add 2 tsp of taco seasoning mix.
2. In a large pot, add corn, beans, Rotel or tomatoes, ranch mix and meat. You can add more from the taco seasoning if you would like to. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
3. In a bowl, add soup, chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
4. Eat and enjoy!
Bonus: Freeze if you have tons of leftovers!
